Business Development Manager / Producing Broker

Grow our construction insurance distribution across Belfast, Northern Ireland and the UK. As a Producing Broker you’ll originate opportunities, build relationships and convert enquiries into written business across structural warranties, latent defects insurance, surety bonds and wider construction insurance.

Senior Business Development Manager – LDI / Structural Warranty

A senior sales role for someone who already understands the latent defects insurance and structural warranty market. Build and grow a meaningful pipeline, deepen relationships with developers and introducers, and use Checkmate’s brand alongside the wider Exance construction insurance platform to offer clients a broader proposition.

Regional Surveyor

Join our growing technical team, ensuring developments registered under the Checkmate Warranty scheme meet technical standards and regulatory compliance throughout the build. Conduct on-site inspections, identify risks, produce inspection reports and, where appropriate, sign off Professional Consultants Certificates.
