Eligibility: Projects must be covered by a fully paid Checkmate Structural Warranty between 1 January 2025 and 31 August 2026.
The Checkmate Construction Awards celebrate developments that demonstrate excellence in construction quality, technical compliance and project delivery.
The programme is designed to recognise high-quality developments across the UK, with judging carried out by technical specialists to ensure consistency, fairness and credibility.
Projects are assessed based on build quality, workmanship, programme delivery and collaboration with surveyors, not marketing submissions.
The awards are open to UK developments that meet the following criteria:
Recognise the work of your site teams, project managers and delivery partners.
Entries are assessed using real technical inspection data.
Finalists and winners receive recognition and promotional assets.
Highlight your commitment to quality, compliance and best practice.
(Projects cannot enter these directly)
Please prepare the following information as part of your submission:
Entries close on 31 August 2026.
Projects completed or inspected at any point between 1 January 2025 and 31 August 2026 are eligible.
Late submissions cannot be accepted.

Entries are limited to UK developments covered by a fully paid Checkmate Structural Warranty within the eligibility window. A minimum of two inspections is required.
Participation in the awards does not provide any commercial, underwriting or financial advantage. Eligibility is based solely on technical and inspection criteria.
By submitting a project, entrants agree that images and project details may be used in awards related marketing with consent.
All judging decisions are final. Overall Awards cannot be entered directly.
Eligible projects may be nominated by Checkmate Sales or Surveyors.
